Mrs. Eunice "Joyce" Robinson Harwell, age 81, of Barnesville passed away Thursday, September 25, 2014 at her residence. A native of Griffin, Mrs. Harwell had made her home in Barnesville for most of her life. She was the daughter of the late Mr. David Arthur Robinson, Jr. and the late Mrs. Mildred Lois Hooper Robinson. Mrs. Harwell was a Registered Nurse (RN), and Retired as a Public Health Nurse with the Lamar County Health Department. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Barnesville.

Survivors include: Her Husband – Tye Harwell of Barnesville ; 2 Daughters – Margie Pierson (& Merrill) of Culloden and Melodie Page (& Mike) of St. Mary's ; 4 Grandchildren – Travis Pierson (& Kim), Amanda Swearingen (& Chuck), Jacob Page (& Kelly), and Meredith Page ; 6 Great Grandchildren – Kayla, Tucker, & Kyle Pierson, Harley & Logan Swearingen, and J.B. Page ; and 3 Siblings – David Arthur Robinson, III (& Karilyn), Peggy Bloodworth (& Henry), and Mike Robinson (& Deborah).

Funeral Services for Mrs. Joyce Harwell will be conducted Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 2 O'Clock in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home with the Reverend Garth Forster, Mr. Daniel Caldwell, and the Reverend Denise Caldwell officiating. Interment will follow in Lamar Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the Williams Funeral Home on Friday, September 26, 2014 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.
