Mrs. Joyce Ann Ackerman Johnston, age 57, passed away Monday, June 22, 2015 at her residence. Mrs. Johnston is the daughter of the late Mr. James Thomas Ackerman and the late Mrs. Flora Elizabeth Cody Ackerman. She was also preceded in death by a son, Mr. David Joseph Ackerman. Mrs. Johnston was a homemaker. She and her husband enjoyed the outdoors, hiking, and camping in the North Georgia Mountains.

Survivors include: Husband – Charles Johnston, Sr. of Lawrenceville ; 1 son – Joe Johnston ; 2 Sisters – Jane Leonard & Bobbie Gill ; and 1 Brother – John Ackerman.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Joyce Ann Johnston will be conducted from the Graveside on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 11 O'Clock in The William F. Johnston Family Cemetery in the Johnstonville Community.
