Mrs. Juanita Crosby Carter, age 89, of Milner passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at her residence. She was born to the late Mr. Silas Aaron Crosby and the late Mrs. Margie Stone Crosby. She was born in Appling County, Georgia but made her home here in Lamar County for a number of years. She was a member of the Church of Joy in Williamson, GA.

Survivors include: 2 Daughters - Margie Carter Williams of Milner, formerly of Graham, GA ; & Shirley Desrosier (& Larry) of Dade City, FL ; 3 Grandchildren - Jody Head (& Joe) of Barnesville ; Charles Waters (& Allison) of Baxley ; & Toby Morris of Hazelhurst ; 7 Great Grandchildren - Aaron Head, Alexis Head, Ty Head, Abigail Waters, Emma Waters, Anna Waters, & Isabella Waters.

A Memorial Service for Mrs. Juanita Carter will be conducted in Graham, GA at a later date.
