Mrs. Kathryn Dale Mann Plant, age 73, of Jackson, Georgia, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2024.

Dale was born on Sunday, January 7, 1951, in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Thurman and Lucile Mann. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Plant, Jr.; sister, Renee Wright. Dale enjoyed playing bingo and being a paramedic. She volunteered at the fire station, worked for Life Flight and for Grady Hospital for 17 years. She always loved helping and saving people.

Dale is survived by her daughter, Kristie Plant and Mark Bentley; son, Jay Plant; sister, Anita and Dennis Rice; nephews, Andy and Christy Brown, Anthony and Jamie Brown, Ronnie and Amber Wright; niece, Kayla and Aaron Hines; grandchildren, Gage Plant, Gavin Plant; 2 great-grandchildren; several great nieces and nephews.

No formal service will be held at this time.
