Mr. Kenneth Gene Smith, 69, of Barnesville, passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Upson Regional Medical Center.

Kenneth was born on Monday, November 5, 1951, to the late Carl Melton Smith and Alice Roquemore. He is preceded in death by his wife; Linda Smith, sisters; Audrey Little, Rachel Bass, and Cornelia English. Kenneth retired from Frito Lay Company after a dedicated 30 years of service. Kenneth loved to dance; he also enjoyed fishing and watching baseball. He also enjoyed doing his yardwork.

Kenneth is survived by his children; Kimberly Jordan (Josh), Theresa Scruggs-Mead (Scott), Stephanie A. Smith, and Rebecca Wallace (Ricky), grandchildren; Trevor Scruggs (Shae), Zoe Dunbar, Ashton Smith, Cole Jordan, Vivian Wallace, Curtis Hall, great-granddaughter; Elena Scruggs, sister; Jewell Taylor; fiancé, Linda Hale Breffle and a host of extended family also survive.

A memorial service for Mr. Kenneth Gene Smith will be held on Friday, October 29, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. in Breedlove Memorial Chapel with the Mr. Frank Abbott officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
