Mr. Larry Wayne Barnes, age 67, of Barnesville, passed away on Monday, November 1, 2021, at Eternal Hope Hospice.

Larry was born on Friday, November 13, 1953, in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Fred Lewis Barnes and Betty Sue Ferguson.

Larry is survived by his wife of 27 years, Cullen Barnes, step-child; Callie English (Brandon); grandchild, Landyn Kate English; step-brother; Billy Coates (Sarah). Mr. Barnes proudly served his country as a 16-year veteran in the United States Army. In his spare time, Larry enjoyed riding down dirt roads, as well as doing woodwork to make gifts for his friends and family.
