Mr. Lawrence William Greene, age 82, of Barnesville, Georgia, passed away on Friday, September 11, 2026.

Lawrence was born on Thursday, February 24, 1944, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Edward Greene and the late Lorainne Rempert Greene. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his late wife, Judith Krzyzowski Greene; son, William Lawrence Greene.

Lawrence is survived by his wife, Harriette Greene; daughter, Deanna Gonzales (Victor), Tara Hettich (Drew); sons, Steve Greene (Terri), David Greene; 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date by the family.
