Mrs. Leona Ellen McBee Slusser, age 79, of Barnesville passed away Sunday, May 24, 2015 in a Barnesville Healthcare Facility. A native of Berkley Springs, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Mr. Virgil Charles McBee and the late Mrs. Nettie Genivieze Michael McBee, and was also preceded in death by two sons, Ricky Lee Slusser & Richard Leslie Slusser, by two grandchildren, Christopher John Owen and Johnette Lee Owen, and by a sister, Juanita Rothenhafer. Mrs. Slusser was a Home Maker and a member of the Biglerville United Methodist Brethren.

Survivors include: Her Husband – Mr. Lester Slusser of Barnesville ; 3 Daughters – Cindy Woods (& Harry) of Unadilla, Marianne Owen (& Johnny) of Barnesville, & Holly Christine Slusser of Waynesville, NC ; 1 Brother – Richard McBee of Maryland ; 1 Sister – Charlotte Hostetter ; 4 Grandchildren – Michelle Woods Athey, Brandon de Woods, Kimberly Ann Brown, & Carrie Lynn Owen ; 5 Great Grandchildren ; & 1 Great Great Granchild.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Leona Slusser will be conducted from the Graveside on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 2 O'Clock in Lamar Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the Williams Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 from 12:30pm until 1:30pm.
