Mr. Leonard Lamar Daniel, age 66, of The Rock passed away Saturday, March 08, 2014 at his residence. Mr. Daniel was born November, 24 1947 to the late Mrs. Claudia Bell Daniel. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Mrs. Dolly Sparks, and a brother, Mr. Donald Daniel. Mr. Daniel worked for The William Carter Company as a cutter in textile.

Survivors include his wife-Alice Daniel: 2 Sons-Jimmy Lane (& Christie) of The Rock, and Lamar Daniel (& Dory) of Milner: Sister-Elizabeth McDaniel of Meansville: 9 Grandchildren: Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services for Mr. Leonard Lamar Daniel will be conducted on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 2 O' Clock from the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home with Benjamin Mauldin officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Williams Funeral Home on Tuesday March 11, 2014 from noon until the service hour.
