Mrs. Louise Phillips Blythe, age 89, of Milner passed away Wednesday, February 29, 2012 in a Jackson Healthcare Facility. Mrs. Blythe was born in Ellaville to the late Mr. Archie Preston Phillips and the late Mrs. Annie Belle Tyler Phillips (Pope). Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a Daughter, Wyndell Gillis, and by two Grandchildren. Mrs. Blythe had worked as an LPN with the Sumter County Hospital, and was a member of the Ideal Baptist Church in Ideal, GA.

Survivors include: 1 Daughter - Shirley Blythe Wood (& Roy) of Milner ; 1 Son -William Preston Blythe (& Carol) of Buena Vista ; 2 Brothers - Preston Phillips (& Faye) of Birmingham, AL ; & Mack Phillips (& Helga) of Apopka, FL ; 4 Sisters - Nadine Quarterman of Buena Vista ; Voncile French of Buena Vista ; Imogene Bray of Jacksonville, FL ; & Sybil Roberts (& Jimmy) of Cape Carl, FL ; 7 Grandchildren ; A Number of Great Grandchildren ; & 1 Great Great Grandchild.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Louise Blythe will be conducted Friday, March 2, 2012 at 11 O'Clock in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home with the Reverend Greg Bridges officiating. Interment will be held in the Rock Springs Church Cemetery.
