Ms. Grace "Louise" Compton, age 66, of Upson County, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at her residence. A native of Barnesville, Ms. Compton was the daughter of the late Mr. Charlie Thomas Compton, and the late Mrs. Grace Marge Sauley Compton. She was a homemaker, a caregiver for her Mom & Dad, and was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church.

Ms. Compton is survived by: Her Brother – Wayne Compton (Teresa)of The Rock ; Aunts – Allie Boggs (James) of Barnesville, Dorothy Hambrick of Barnesville, Ruby Jackson of Forsyth, Betty Compton of Barnesville, and numerous cousins.

A celebration of Life for Mrs. Grace "Louise" Compton will be conducted Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 11 O'Clock in the Antioch Baptist Church in Yatesville Ga., with the Reverend Ryan Christopher officiating. Interment will follow in the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery . The family will receive friends at Antioch Baptist Church on Saturday, July 22, 2017 from 10 am to the service hour.
