Ms. Mabelene Woodall Deason, age 76, of Barnesville, GA., passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2021, at Heritage Inn Nursing Home.

Ms. Deason was born on Saturday, August 5, 1944, to the late Jessie Lamar Woodall and the late Carrie Revell Woodall. She was also preceded in death by her son-in-law, Eddie Mallard. Mabelene worked at Carters Mill for a number of years as an inspector.

Mabelene is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Harold & Patsy Woodall of Locust Grove, GA.; daughter, Vanessa Mallard of Elberta, AL.; son, Tim Deason of Barnesville, GA.; 3 granddaughters and grandson-in-law, Hannah & Zach Taylor of Robertsdale, AL., Emily Mallard and Haley Mallard of Elberta, AL.; niece, Christi & Tommy Sebaugh of Locust Grove, GA.; nephew, Eddie & Juliette Woodall of Locust Grove, GA.

A funeral service for Ms. Mabelene Deason will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, July 9, 2021, at Breedlove Memorial Chapel with Pastor Ryan Christopher officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may visit the family from 1 p.m. until the service hour.
