Mrs. Marcia Keeton Rea Raleigh, age 75, of Griffin, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at WellStar Spalding Regional Hospital.

Mrs. Raleigh was born on Thursday, August 2, 1945 in Birmingham, Alabama. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Jerome Rea and Dessa Johnson Rea; and sister, Becky Rea Wiley. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Raleigh was a graduate of the University of Alabama, where she was a member of the Delta Zeta Sorority. She was active in the Pulaski Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

Marcia is survived by her husband of 54 years, Richard Raleigh, Sr.; sons, Richard Raleigh, Jr. (Shannon) and Ben Raleigh; grandchildren, Tripp Raleigh and Sarah Medders Raleigh; sister, Barbara Pearson; brother-in-law, Richard G. Wiley; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for Mrs. Marcia Raleigh will be held at the Memorial Garden at Griffin First United Methodist Church at Noon on Saturday, October 17, 2020.
