Mrs. Margaret Carol Brumbalow Dorsey, age 81, of Griffin, Georgia, passed away on Friday, June 27, 2025 at Brightmoor Hospice.

Margaret was born on Monday, May 8, 1944 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Fletcher Albert Brumbalow and Lorella Ellen Tolbert Brumbalow. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Hugh Dorsey; sister, Virginia Abercrombie; brothers, Jack Brumbalow and Albert Brumbalow. Margaret was a member of Westside Baptist Church in Jackson. She enjoyed going to the mountains; cheering on the Atlanta Braves, the Atlanta Falcons and the Georgia Bulldogs.

Margaret is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Reverend Dwain & Beverly Dorsey, Pastor Nathanael & Charlotte Dorsey; grandchildren, Nicole & Josh Smith, Brandon & Roxie Dorsey, Taylor & Justin Collins, Michael & Mindy Dorsey, Megan Dorsey and Kaitlynn Dorsey; 8 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service for Mrs. Margaret Dorsey will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Westside Baptist Church. Burial will be in College Park Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. Friends may visit the family at Westside Baptist Church from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
