Mrs. Margaret Elizabeth "Betty" Knight, age 75, of Barnesville, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Betty was born on Thursday, March 17, 1949, in Plant City, Florida to the late Charles V. Knight and the late Agnes Thelma Lummus. In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her son, Keith Duane Knight.

She loved to garden, enjoyed bird watching with Katherine. She had a love for dogs, loved to read.

Betty is survived by her sister; Katherine Davis; sisters and brothers-in-law, Ruthie (Bill) Wilson, Nancy (Wallace) Williams; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.
