Mrs. Martha Ann Woodall, age 80, of Stone Mountain, Georgia passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at Emory Dekalb Medical.

Martha was born on Wednesday, December 4, 1940 in Jackson, Georgia to the late Otis Paton Weaver and the late Martha Dell Lindsey Weaver. Along with her parents, Martha is preceded in death by her husband, Paul L. Woodall. She was born and raised in Jackson, Georgia and went to Massey Business School. She was a member of Towaliga Baptist Church. Martha enjoyed traveling to the mountains and beach, gardening, sewing, and she loved her cats.

Martha is survived by sons, Louis Scott Woodall of Oxford, Martin Dean Woodall and Tracy of Braselton; daughters, Lesa Pat Woodall of Lawrenceville, Paula Annise Johnson and James of Snellville; grandchildren, Lindsey Ellen Smith and Nolan, Gordon Paul Woodall and Katie, and Alaina Renee Johnson; brother and sister-in-law, Franklin Weaver Sr. and Carolyn; several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service for Mrs. Martha Woodall will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Towaliga Baptist Church with Mr. Rudy Mangham officiating. Interment will follow at Towaliga Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may visit the family from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at Towaliga Baptist Church.
