Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Nicholas, Age 83 of Barnesville passed away on Wednesday July 14, 2010 at a Spalding County Healthcare Facility. She was born to the late Mr. Habib Deraney and to the late Mrs. Nabitha Chiddery Deraney. She was also preceded in death by her husband Mr. Romeo Alfred Nicholas.

Survivors include: Son- Ronny (& Donna) Nicholas; Daughters Sophie (& Greg) Blosser- Patty Nicholas. 6 Grandchildren; 7 Great Grandchildren; Sister- Sadie Brown; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Nicholas will be conducted on Saturday July 17, 2010 at 11:00 am at St. Peter The Rock Catholic Church, in The Rock GA. .Interment will follow in Lamar Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the Williams Funeral Home on Friday July 16, 2010 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
