Mr. Michael Glover “Mike” Summers, age 80, of Barnesville, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2026.

Mike was born on Sunday, July 21, 1946, in Atlanta, Georgia, to the late Fred Summers and the late Florence Glover Summers. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Freddy; sisters, Sarah, Lea and Shirley.

Mike was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He loved the Lord. He enjoyed going on road trips and fishing.

Mike is survived by his wife, Linda Summers; sons, Chris & Daniela Summers, Kevin & Rhea Summers; grandchildren, Michael, Christina, Rebecca, Mavis, Abigail, McKenzie; sisters and brother-in-law, Lynn Rogers, Terri & Doug McGuiness; several nieces, nephews.

A Funeral Service for Mr. Mike Summers will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Williams-Westbury Funeral Home with Pastor Mac Palmer officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may visit on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, one hour prior to the service at Williams-Westbury Funeral Home.
