Patricia Ann Davis King, of Jackson, GA, died Saturday, April 7, 2012. She was born December 27, 1937 in Atlanta, GA to the late Richard Wise Davis, Sr. and Dorothy Davis Davis. She enjoyed cooking, fishing, casinos, TV games, and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. Pat is survived by 2 daughters and son-in-law, Kathy Burns and Lynn and Jason Ellis; son and daughter-in-law, Darrell and Michelle Burns, all of Jackson; 2 sisters, Margaret Brownlee, of Monticello, Donna Norsworthy, of TN; 2 brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard and Mary Nell Davis, of FL, Glenn and Sandra Davis, of Monticello; 7 grandchildren, Robbie, Amanda, Jonathon, Kelli, Becca, Trent, and Dalton; 2 great-grandchildren, Josh and Austin and one on the way, Lexxi; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Pat King will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Mr. Rudy Mangham officiating. Interment will be at Walnut Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 - 9:00 PM Monday evening.
