Mrs. Patsy Diane Johns Smith, age 66 of Forsyth, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Coliseum Medical Center, Macon.

Patsy was born on Monday, May 31, 1954 to the late Cornelius Johns and the late Ruby Weathers Johns. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy Johns. She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and going to church; she loved being a mother and memaw and taking care of her son, Scotty.

Patsy is survived by her children, Scotty Worley, Tammy Worley, Crystal Dotson (David), Kimberly Smith (Joshua Borden), Cody Harper; grandchildren, Justin Burks, Josephlee Burks, Aaron Dotson, Andrew Dotson; sisters, Brenda Todd, Lucille Warner, Martha Martin; brother, Bobby Johns; nine nieces and nephews also survive.

A funeral service for Mrs. Patsy Smith will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Breedlove Memorial Chapel with Pastor Cody Fountain and Pastor Deon Jefferson officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may visit the family at Williams-Westbury Funeral Home on Monday, January 4, 2020 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
