Lillian Pearline English, age 93, of Griffin, GA, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2014 at Brightmoor Hospice. She was born on December 8, 1920 in Brunswick, GA to the late John Edgar Horton and the late Virginia Cook Horton. She is preceded in death by her husband, Hiram Taylor English.

Mrs. English is survived by her son, Leon English and his wife, Theresa; daughter, Lillian Kennedy; grandchildren, Russell Kennedy and his wife, Lisa, Lee Kennedy, Kim Ash, and Jay English; great-grandchildren, Heather and Kevin O'Connor, Ashley Kennedy, Shay Kennedy, Taylor English, McKenzie Kennedy; step-great-grandchildren, Lisa Bunn and Samantha Collins; one sister, Vivian Cain; and many nieces and nephews.

Grave side funeral services for Mrs. Pearline English will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, March 24, 2014 at Oak Hill Cemetery with Dr. Benny Tate officiating.
