Ms. Rebecca Jewel "Becky" Wofford, age 67, passed away Saturday, December 3, 2016 in Athens. Becky was born on Monday, June 13, 1949 in Griffin, GA to the late James Thomas Wofford, Sr. and the late Lena Sherrell Wofford. She loved to dance, sing, and play the guitar. Becky loved her family, especially her children. She was a very faithful Christian.

Becky is survived by her sons, Christopher L. Jackson (Staci), and Scott Gasaway (Heather); 2 grandchildren; sisters, Tammy Franks (Howard), and Theresa Pickett (Tom); brother, James T. Wofford; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services for Becky Wofford will be held at 2:45 p.m. Thursday, December 8, 2016 in Oak Hill Cemetery in Griffin, GA.
