Mrs. Rita Angela White Blackmon, age 61, of Barnesville passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2011 in an Upson County Healthcare Facility. Mrs. Blackmon was born in Griffin to the late Mr. Marion Oscar White and the late Mrs. Thelma Harmon White. She was a Home Maker, a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Sister.

Survivors include her Husband - Johnny Blackmon of Barnesville ; 3 Sons - Johnny Frank (& Nancy) Blackmon, Jr. of Thomaston ; Richard Edward Blackmon of Barnesville ; & Robbie Dallas Blackmon ; 2 Sisters - Gail (& Ernie) Haire of Jackson ; & Sheila (& Buck) Cato of Juliette ; 1 Brother - Gary (& Peggy) White of Barnesville ; 4 Grandchildren - Ashley Blackmon of Thomaston ; James Watt Blackmon of Thomaston ; Robert Bailey Blackmon of Barnesville ; Gary Austin Blackmon of Barnesville ; & a number of Nieces and Nephews.
