John Robert Patrick, Jr., age 53, of Jackson, GA, passed away Thursday, August 23, 2012 at his residence. He was born April 5, 1959 in Griffin, GA to the late John Robert and Annie Knowles Patrick. Robert proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy for 9 years. He loved fishing, camping on Lake Oconee, hunting, and spending time with his family. Robert is survived by his wife, Karon Roberts Patrick, of Jackson; daughters, Kimberly Porter and Christy LeGrone, of Albany, Stephanie Ramsey and Danny, of Jackson, Amanda Davis and Frankie, of Gainesville; 3 grandchildren, Savannah Ramsey, Brandon and Denver Davis; sister, Jane James, McDonough; several aunts and cousins. Funeral services for Robert Patrick will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, August 25, 2012 at Sherrell Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery with military honors.
