Mr. Rodney Eugene Singley, age 64, of Meansville, GA, passed away Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Brightmoor Hospice.

Rodney was born on Thursday, April 3, 1952 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Clifton Eugene Singley and Mrs. Betty King Singley. Rodney was a retired computer programmer with the State of Georgia. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and reading. He was a University of Georgia football fan. Rodney enjoyed spending time with his family.

Rodney is survived by wife of 20 years, Judy Singley; children and their spouses, Matthew and Esperanza Singley, Meredith and Shae Smith, Hailey Singley; step-sons, Michael Eidson, David Eidson, Brad Eidson and Brian Eidson;14 grandchildren; mother, Betty King Singley; sisters and brothers-in-law, Vanessa and Ralph Atkinson, Valita and Dominique DeLucia; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mr. Rodney Singley will be conducted on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. in the Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Dr. Benny Tate officiating. Interment will follow in Pepperton Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
