Mrs. Ruby Faye Averitt Cashore, of Jackson, GA, died Saturday, August 27, 2011 at Spalding Regional Medical Center in Griffin. She was born July 25, 1933 in Paris, TN to the late Carlee and Mavis Walker Averitt. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, soap operas, and loved her family. Mrs. Cashore is survived by her son, Paul Lawrence, of Jackson; brother, Lester Lee Averitt, of Paris, TX; close friend, Lorrie Maples, of High Falls. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Henry Cashore. Grave side funeral services for Mrs. Faye Cashore will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at Jackson City Cemetery with Rev. John Sherrell officiating.
