Mrs. Ruth Davis Mathews, age 91, of Barnesville passed away on Saturday June 12, 2010 in a Spalding County Healthcare facility. Mrs. Mathews was born in Hollandale, GA but had lived most of her life in Barnesville. She was a retired employee of the William Carter Company and also a member of the Methodist faith.

Mrs. Mathews is survived by a son; Mr. Thomas Davis Mathews of Barnesville, a daughter; Mrs. Susan Mathews Thomas and her husband Mr. Bobby Thomas of Hattiesburg, Ms.,and 3 Grand Children.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Ruth Davis Mathews will be conducted from the Graveside in Greenwood Cemetery at 11 O'clock Tuesday, June 15, 2010.
