Mrs. Ruthie Mae Gatlin Heathcoe, age 61, formerly of Barnesville, passed away, Sunday, June 18, 2017 at her residence in LaMarque TX. Mrs. Heathcoe was the daughter of the late Mr. Fountain Gatlin Sr, and the late Mrs. Margert Helen Wooten. She was a long time employee of Town and Country hardware store and the Dollar General in Barnesville. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Mrs. Heathcoe is survived by: Her Daughter and Son in law – Anita Lorraine Rhodes Harrell and Norman D. Harrell ; Sister, Charlotte Patrick (& Robert), Brother, Buddy Fountain Gatlin Jr., Sister, Virginia Sheridan, Brother, Henry Gatlin (& Gloria), Sister, Jewel Marsiglio, Sister, Melissa Peugh, Brother, Jeff Gatlin (& Dale); and Uncle, Daniel Gatlin

A memorial service for Mrs. Ruthie Mae Gatlin Heathcoe will be conducted Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 2 O'Clock in the Calvary Baptist Church with the Reverend Allan Newman officiating. The family will receive friends at the Calvary Baptist Church in Barnesville on Saturday, July 22, 2017, 2017 from 1 O'Clock to the service hour.
