Saitia N. Tunupopo, age 86, of Flovilla, GA, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Westbury Health and Rehabilitation Center of McDonough. He was born February 20, 1927 in American Samoa. Upon retirement in 1994, Saitia decided to move to Flovilla to be closer to his son, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Previously he had been a long-time resident of both Hawaii and California. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ramona Palmer Tunupopo.

Saitia is survived by his two sons, Floyd Hebbard, of Flovilla, GA, and Wayne Hane, of Portland, OR; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
