Mrs. Sandra Dianne Heath, age 76, of Jackson, Georgia, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.

Sandra was born on Friday, June 18, 1948, in Jackson, Georgia to the late Marvin James and the late Martha Moss Almond. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William "Billy" Heath; and brother, Terry James. Sandra enjoyed going to casinos, Brewster's Ice Cream, and Church's Fried Chicken. She also liked spending time fishing, playing Candy Crush, and watching hummingbirds. Sandra was an avid Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves fan. She was affectionately known as "Baba" by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Sandra is survived by her daughter, Cindy Cook; son-in-law, John Cook; grandsons, Will Cook (Haley), Rhett Cook; great-grandchildren, Ila Cook, Dansby Cook, Lettie Cook; brother, Jerry James; sister, Tammy Bowen; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A funeral service for Mrs. Sandra Heath will be held on Friday, May 23, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at the Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Mr. Rudy Mangham officiating. Interment will follow at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at the home of John and Cindy Cook, 240 Walter Moore Road, Jackson, Georgia 30233 and again on Thursday, May 22, 2025, from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
