Mrs. Sandra Renae Moore, of Jackson, GA, died Sunday, October 16, 2011. She was born October 10, 1941 in Griffin, GA to the late Parry Adelene Lunsford Wilder. She attended Stark United Methodist Church and was a former piano player at other churches. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, bird watching, and loved spending time with her family and friends. Sandra is survived by her husband, Dickie Moore, of Jackson; daughter and son-in-law, Maria and P-nut Barnes, of Jackson; father, Pete Wilder, of Locust Grove; sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Tommy Sykes, of Griffin; 4 grandchildren, Keith and Rebekah Wood, Dale and Jessica Wood, Cassie Barnes, Jodi Barnes; 4 great-grandchildren, Meghan, Gracie, Tristian, Damien; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by 2 daughters, Sonya and Vickie Moore. Funeral services for Sandra Moore will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, October 20, 2011 in Sherrell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Jett and Rev Mike Saffels officiating. Interment will be at Jackson City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 - 8:00 PM Wednesday evening. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to the Stark United Methodist Church Building Fund, 1097 Halls Bridge Road, Jackson, Georgia 30233.
