Mrs. Shelly Rae Carr, age 47, of Monticello, Georgia passed away Monday, February 22, 2021 at Navicent Health.

Shelly was born on Friday, June 29, 1973 in Anchorage, Alaska to the late Vicki Lynn Martin Jackson. Along with her mother, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jerry Carr, Jr. Shelly was a loving wife, mother, and friend to everyone. She was a huge Alabama football fan – Roll Tide! Everyone that she met was touched by her and she will be missed deeply.

Shelly is survived by her children, Kalee Carr and Kevin Hill, Jacob Carr, Tyler White and Emily Kendrick; brothers, Bryan and Josh Jackson; Aunt, Mona Leopard; Uncle, Tim Martin.
