Sherille Ann Pulliam, age 65, of Jackson, GA, passed away Friday, August 9, 2013 at her residence. She was born August 27, 1947 in Lockhart, TX to the late Glynn McVay and the late Ruth Marie Pearson Moore. Sherille was a licensed minister and a member of the Church on the Rock in Jenkinsburg. She was a retired Correctional Officer with the State of Georgia.

Sherille is survived by her husband of 48 years, Reg Pulliam; daughter and son-in-law, Venessa and Johnny King; son and daughter-in-law, Nathanael and Jessica Pulliam; grandchildren and granddaughter-in-law, Nicholas and Katie Mullis, Jeremy Mullis, Tyler Collins, Alexis Collins, Courtney Smith, Benson King, and Leah King; great-granddaughter, Abigail Mullis; brother, Jimmy Bryan; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Sherille Pulliam will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 11, 2013 at Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Bishop Caverous Boggs, of Living Word Ministries, officiating. Interment will follow in the Jackson City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Saturday evening.
