Mrs. Shirley Weaver Sheffield, age 86, of Jackson, Georgia, passed away Sunday, December 22, 2024.

Shirley was born on Thursday, July 14, 1938, in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Ben and Maude Weaver. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Sheffield; sons, Michael Weaver, Ricky Sheffield, Donald Sheffield, and Gary Sheffield. Shirley enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching her bobble heads.  She was a very loving lady that loved her family.

Shirley is survived by her son, Tommy Sheffield; daughter, Susan Deese; 12 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.

A funeral service for Mrs. Shirley Sheffield will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at the Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Mr. Don Bell officiating. Interment will follow at Stodghill Family Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. on Saturday before the service at the funeral home.
