Mr. Terry Lee Ellington, age 72, of Barnesville, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.

Terry was born on Saturday, September 13, 1952, in Thomaston, Georgia, to the late Willie Frank Ellington and the late Barbara Joyce McCullers Ellington, in addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his infant son, Justin Ellington.

Terry was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, where he served as a Deacon for many years. He was very dedicated to his family and loved being "Paw" to his grandchildren. He loved being outdoors, especially fishing, gardening, and being at the beach.

Terry is survived by his wife, Bettie Ellington; daughter, Tasha Williams (Jason); son, Chase Ellington; stepdaughter, Amy Clyburn (Jesse Hanson); stepson, Andy Clyburn (Melissa); grandchildren, Owen Williams, Luke Williams and Reid Williams, Bentlee McDaniel, Jesse Hanson, Dusty Hanson and Raylan Hanson, Madalyn Belle Clyburn and Colin Staples; sister, Toni Mitchell (Ken); brother, James Ellington (Rhonda).

A Funeral Service for Mr. Terry Lee Ellington will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at Williams-Westbury Funeral Home, with Reverend Allen Newman officiating. Interment will follow at Lamar Memory Gardens. Friends may visit the family on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Williams-Westbury Funeral Home.
