Mr. Thomas Cleveland Harbin, age 67, of Warm Springs passed away Monday, March 15, 2010 in a Warm Springs Healthcare Facility. Mr. Harbin was a native of Columbus, but had made his home in Warm Springs for a number of years. Son of the late Mr. Coy Brown Harbin and the late Mrs. Janie Francis Hammond Harbin, he was a Self-Employed Auto Mechanic.
