Mr. Thomas Lynn "Tommy" Petty, age 58, of Jackson, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2023.

Tommy was born on Friday, May 22, 1964, in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Grady Lee Petty and the late Patricia Louise McFarland. Tommy enjoyed fishing and hunting. He loved spending time with his family.

Tommy is survived by his wife, Teresa Wood; children, Stacie Watkins, Timothy and Hillary Petty, Casey Wood, Thomas Petty; grandchildren, Alex Watkins, Morgan Watkins, Braisle Watkins, Lorelei Petty, Tucker Petty; brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Joanne Petty; sisters and brother-in-law, Sarah and Wayne Haynie, Tina Patrick; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

There will be no formal service at this time.
