Mr. Thomas "Tom" Malvern Jackson, age 64, of Jackson, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at Brightmoor Hospice. Tom was born on Tuesday, July 26, 1955 in Atlanta, Georgia, to the late Thomas Ronald Jackson and Mrs. Ruth Ann Plunket Jackson. He loved camping, riding on trains, drinking coffee, and wearing overalls. Tom served in the United States Army and was a member of Rock Springs Church. He is preceded in death by his brother, Tab Eugene Jackson.

Tom is survived by his mother; sons, Bubba Jackson and Samuel Jackson; grandchildren, Sherry Rosalee Donna Jackson, and Samuel Elijah Alexander Jackson; uncles, Farrell Jackson and Bill Jackson; and his beloved dogs, Hershey and Rockett.

A memorial service for Mr. Tom Jackson will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. in the Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Reverend Larry Ballard officiating.
