Timothy Lee "Tim" Cook, age 52, of Locust Grove, GA passed away Friday, September 21, 2012 at Sacred Journey Hospice in McDonough. He was born on May 11, 1960 in Griffin, GA to the late Garland Lee Cook and the late Marion Lunsford Cook. Tim is survived by his son, Tommy Cook; brother, Larry Cook; sister, Pam Farrow; 1 grandson; an uncle; several aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
