Thomas Edward "Tom" Phillips, of Forsyth, GA, died Friday, July 13, 2012 at Monroe County Hospital. He was born July 25, 1930 in Cottonwood, AL to the late Foy and Linda Danford Phillips, Sr. Tom is survived by his wife, Ethel Ruby Jane Bellew Phillips, of Forsyth, GA; children, Nicole Nappo, Shelli Robertson, Cynthia Phillips-Williams, Kimberly Sasso, Richard Walker, Jr., Robert Walker and Linda Taylor; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Mildred Miller; several nieces and nephews.
