Twilla Renee Babcock, 53, formerly of Jackson, died Monday, November 8, 2010 at Abbey Hospice. She was born on July 18, 1957 in Pryor, OK and moved to Jackson later that year. Renee Babcock is survived by lifetime friend and soul mate, Anita Dorsey; sister and brother-in-law, Donna & David Hendricks, Jackson; brother & sister-in-law, Eddie & Rene Babcock, Conyers; uncle, Jack Hendrix, Kingston, OK; nephews & spouses, Cade & Starr Hendricks, Jackson, Doug & Amanda Hendricks, Atlanta, Justin & Shalani Jenkins, Locust Grove; nephew, Josh Babcock, Conyers; niece & spouse, Danielle & Jeff Chandler, Conyers; great-nephews, Bradley Cleveland Hendricks, Isaac, Eli & Silas Chandler; great-nieces, Kennedy Jenkins, Rachel & Julia-Kate Chandler. She is preceded in death by mother, Sara Babcock; father, Clarence Babcock; step-father, Joe Cleveland. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, November 11, 2010 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Abbey Hospice, 215 Azalea Court, Social Circle, GA 30225. A family grave side service will be held at a later date.
