Mr. Virgil Harper, age 66, of Barnesville passed away Monday, November 11, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.

Virgil was born on Friday March 28, 1958, in Atlanta, Georgia, to the late Howard Riley Harper and the late Lillie Marie Harper. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Howard Allen Harper.

Virgil loved his family very much. He had a humble way of making friends and had many friends in his life. He was a very good person to anyone he knew or met.

Virgil is survived by his brother; Charles Harper; sisters, Lavon Edwards, Barbara Deaton (Hoke "Jr"), Peggy Wilkerson, Rebecca Luker.

A Graveside Service for Mr. Virgil Lee Harper will be conducted Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at Harper's Cemetery 2201 East Lake Road McDonough Georgia 30252.
