Mr. Wesley Wayne "Wes" Hagwood, age 42, of Jackson, Georgia, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023.

Wes was born on Sunday, November 9, 1980, in Warner Robins, Georgia to the late Clarence Wayne Hagwood and Judith Annette Stewart Findley. He worked as a social worker at Georgia Baptist Childrens Home. Wes was a member of First Baptist Church of Jackson where he served as a deacon and served faithfully with the children and after school program. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing video games and watching Star Trek. Wes was an avid University of Georgia fan and loved going to the beach.

Wes is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Tiffany Hagwood; son, Russell Hagwood; daughter, Audrey Hagwood; mother and stepfather, Judy and Ed Findley; sister and brother-in-law, Stacey and Jeff Gassett; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Mercer and Sharon Graham; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service for Mr. Wes Hagwood will be held on Friday, May 26, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. at First Baptist Church of Jackson with Pastor Keith Joseph officiating. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service at the church.
