Mr. Wesley Gene Simpson, age 74, of Barnesville passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2015 in an Atlanta Healthcare Facility. Mr. Simpson was born in Atlanta to the late Mr. James Simpson and the late Mrs. Amzel Elizabeth Hamby Simpson. He was a retired Paint Contractor and attended the Lighthouse Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include his Wife – Rebecca Simpson of Barnesville ; a Daughter – Alishia Simpson of Barnesville – 2 Sons – Chris Simpson ; Brandon Simpson both of Barnesville ; 6 Grandchildren – Makayla Howard of Barnesville ; Ashley Simpson of Griffin ; jasmine Simpson of Barnesville ; Jackson Simpson of Thomaston ; Lydia Simpson of Thomaston ; and Gabriel Simpson of Barnesville.

A Memorial Service for Mr. Wesley Gene Simpson will be held Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 2 O' Clock in the Lighthouse Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Bobby Calloway officiating. The family will receive friends at the Williams Funeral Home Friday, February 27, 2015 from 5pm until 7pm.
