Mr. William "Bill" Lively, age 85, of Barnesville, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2016 in a Lamar County Healthcare facility. He was the son of the late Mr. Lynn Lively and the late Mrs. Viola Howell Lively. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Arlene Elizabeth Lively, and his son, Billy Lively. Mr. Lively was a member of the Hampton United Methodist Church, and was a veteran, having served in the United States Air Force. He retired from Delta Airlines as a mechanic.

Survivors include his 2 Sons- David Lively (& Kay) of Barnesville and Mark Lively (& Ann) of Hampton; 2 Daughters- Leda Lively of Stone Mountain and Kathy Lively; 7 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren; Daughter-In-Law- Ginger Lively; and several Nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

Funeral Services for Mr. William Lively will be conducted on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 11 O'clock in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Barnesville. Interment will follow Wednesday afternoon at 2:30pm in the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville, GA. The family will receive friends at the Williams Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 from 9:30am until the service hour.
