Mr. William "Bill" Malcolm Sanders, age 80, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016 in Macon, GA. Mr. Sanders was a native of Macon, he had made his home in Texas for a number of years and was retired from the Haliburton Corporation in Texas. He had made his home in Barnesville for a number of years and was a member of the Central Baptist Church. He was the son of the late Will Sanders and the late Georgia Clementine Heath Sanders and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Survivors include his wife - Virginia Murray Sanders of Barnesville; daughter - Glenda Michelle Sanders of Thecolony, Texas; Sons - Richard Malcolm (Danita) Sanders of Thecolony, Texas and Steven (Caren) Sanders of Barnesville; A number of grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. William "Bill" Malcolm Sanders, age 80 will be conducted Monday, August 1, 2016, at 1 pm in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Barnesville, with Rev. Don King officiating. Interment will be in the Ramah cemetery in Gordon, GA where his sister and parents are interred. The family will receive friends at the Williams Funeral Home in Barnesville from 12 noon until the funeral hour.
